1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to WeInviteYou (operated by WeInviteYou / Sharp Multimedia, accessible at weinviteyou.app). By registering an account, creating a digital wedding website, purchasing theme unlocks, or browsing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

WeInviteYou provides cloud-based digital wedding website creation, customizable theme templates, RSVP tracking, guest list management, and event timeline hosting for couples celebrating their weddings.

Couples can build, customize, and preview their wedding websites for free. Premium wedding designs and certain advanced publishing features require a one-time unlock payment.

3. User Accounts & Subdomains

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Each couple website is assigned a unique subdomain (e.g., your-names.weinviteyou.app). We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign any subdomain that infringes trademarks, violates reserved names, contains offensive language, or is used fraudulently.

4. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

All payments for premium theme unlocks are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via our authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) or charges are clearly indicated at checkout before completing the payment.

WeInviteYou does not store your debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank netbanking passwords.

5. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the photos, event details, and text you upload to your wedding website. You grant WeInviteYou the right to host and display this content solely for operating your digital wedding website.

You agree not to post any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend any website found in violation of these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All website design templates, layout engines, illustrations, code, logos, and trademarks on WeInviteYou are the intellectual property of WeInviteYou and its licensors. Purchasing a design grants you a personal license to use that design for your celebration website.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

WeInviteYou is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, third-party internet network failures, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
