• Wedding Website Details: Bride & Groom names, wedding dates, event venues, custom stories, photos, and chosen subdomains.
• Guest & RSVP Information: Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, attendance status, party size, dietary preferences, and warm wishes submitted via the RSVP form.
• Payment & Billing Data: Transaction ID, order amount, timestamp, and billing email. Note: Payment card details and UPI credentials are processed directly through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway infrastructure and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical Information: IP address, device type, browser information, and essential cookies necessary for site functionality and session authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To build, host, and display your personalized digital wedding website.
• To track and aggregate guest RSVP responses for your dashboard.
• To process transactions and deliver premium template unlock purchases.

We never sell or rent your personal or guest data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share data with trusted third-party service providers essential for platform operations:

• Cloud Hosting & CDN: Secure cloud infrastructure and Cloudflare for SSL encryption and fast asset delivery.
• Authentication: Google OAuth (if you choose "Continue with Google").

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / SSL/TLS), database safeguards, and restricted access controls to protect your data. Your wedding website and guest list remain private in draft mode and are only visible publicly once published by you.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can edit or delete your wedding website, photos, and guest RSVP entries anytime directly from your dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire account and associated data, you may submit a request to [email protected].
